Frequently Asked Questions
I can serve your family as soon as the baby is born, in the hospital or at home. We can sign a contract before the baby is born and schedule my visits after you get home and decide when you most need help. I can come support your family in the hospital, during the first days at home, when one partner returns to work or has to travel, or any time you could use an experienced, judgment-free helper for you and your new baby.
I suggest that expecting parents schedule their childbirth class between weeks 25 and 30. Even if you've had a baby before, each birth is a new opportunity to bond with your partner and prepare to meet the newest member of your family.
You don't have to worry about seeing or handling the placenta if you don't want to. We will make arrangements for pick-up when we sign your contract for placenta services. Text me when labor begins and I'll be on standby ready to come pick up your placenta from the hospital or your home.
Yes! You are welcome to add more support hours, belly binding, or any other services to your contract after you sign. You must request placenta services prior to delivery (obviously).
